Why Choose Us
RM Warner lawyers handle a variety of business law matters effectively. We have helped thousands of start-ups, established businesses, and emerging entrepreneurs with transactional representation during their formation, growth, and sale phases of their business. This includes counseling clients on key governance issues, and the fundamental agreements necessary for every growing business. RM Warner also represents clients in their liquidity event stage, whether it’s in a sale, merger, acquisition, financing, or dissolution. We also fiercely litigate, arbitrate, and mediate corporate disputes, shareholder squeeze-outs, breach of fiduciary duty cases, trade secrets issues, employment issues, and corporate fraud.
RM Warner also counsels founders with personal asset protection and legacy planning, so that founders can protect what they’ve worked so hard to build. We’re here to answer your questions and solve your business law issues as they arise.
WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY
MORE ABOUT CORPORATE LAW
WHAT IS YOUR APPROACH TO CONFLICT RESOLUTION?
Every case is different. We’ve been practicing long enough to know what tactics and strategies work best in certain situations.
HOW LONG DO YOU TYPICALLY TAKE TO GET BACK TO PEOPLE?
For non-emergencies, we typically return inquiries within 24-hours – except in rare circumstances. For client emergencies, within minutes.
WILL THERE BE ANYONE ELSE HANDLING MY CASE?
We’re a team of two partners, an associate, two paralegals, and a researcher; everyone adheres to strict privacy standards. We may want to consult another attorney about your case. If so, we’ll ask first.
HOW DO YOU BILL?
Billing depends on the situation. Some services – like drafting a contract or letter – are a set price. If, however, the issue is not resolved immediately, and you choose to litigate, we bill by the hour.
DO YOU MAKE REFERRALS?
Yes. If we know we’re not the right firm, we won’t take you on as a client. There’s no point wasting your time or money. We’ll always put you in touch with attorneys we know can handle your issue best.
