EXPERIENCE:
Gideon Esakoff is a solution-focused trial attorney who joined RM Warner Law with significant courtroom experience in a diverse range of high-profile and high-stakes disputes. He has a certificate in Law, Science, and Technology, and he regularly writes and consults on novel issues arising from emerging technologies including artificial intelligence and blockchain.
Before joining RM Warner, Gideon was an associate at a complex litigation boutique in Phoenix, where he represented state government agencies, businesses, and individuals, often with millions or billions of dollars on the line. As outside counsel for the Arizona Attorney General’s office, Gideon represented state agencies in state and federal courts. His successful litigation experience includes online defamation, wrongful death and other torts, as well as contract and commercial disputes, and constitutional and regulatory matters.
During law school, Gideon focused on two things: developing exceptional trial advocacy skills and studying the legal implications of emerging technologies. Gideon represented victims of consumer fraud in the Public Interest Civil Litigation Clinic, earning ASU Law’s Pro Bono Award with High Distinction, and competed in a national mock trial tournament, arguing an employment retaliation case before a federal magistrate judge in Los Angeles. He also founded two student organizations and served as president of one: the Trial Advocacy Group.
Before law school, Gideon founded a successful DJ business and worked for a national insurance carrier. A native of New Jersey, when Gideon is not practicing law, you can find him on the tennis or basketball courts around Phoenix, teaching himself the basics of programming and web design, building furniture, or hiking with his wife Shiran and their Plott hound, Sagan.
